This blouse was created with
a similar look to our Betty Dress. The fit however, is quite
different. The waistline ends right at the waist or slightly
above with a circular front peplum below. Ideal for most skirts
including circle skirts and higher waisted styles! There are
3 larger covered buttons at the front, a cute tiny collar, and
open slits for detail above the bust.
