The Ashley Short Sleeve Blouse

and early 1940's fashions. The bodice and sleeves were modeled
after a 1937 vintage pattern. The underbust is black with wrap
around silk ties. The bodice has ruching at the top of the shoulders
and is lightly gathered at the underbust line. The sleeves are
cap style with a gathered top and gathered edge and tiny piping.
