If you think the Ava Dress looks
familiar, then you're correct. The Ava is very similar to both
the Anna and Ashley Dresses. The bodice and sleeves were modeled
after a 1937 vintage pattern. The underbust (front and back)
is lined and topstitched. This bodice has 4 darts and the top
of the shoulders and is lightly gathered at the underbust line.
The sleeves are cap style with a horizontal gathering and tiny
piping. The skirt is just below knee length combining bias and
a-line pieces for a flattering fit.

Lining: Fully lined in Cotton Voile
*The SKETCHY CHERRIES print was
inspired by an 1950's vintage print. The background is black
with cherries drawn in soft brown/tan with accents in true red
and white*
