Our short sleeved 1940's Dress
is a new variation on the popular 1940's dress. It is exactly
the same EXCEPT for the horizontally gathered cap sleeves. This
dress features a lowcut front and back neckline with gathering
at the shoulders, upper bust, and upper back. The solid red contrast
(front and back) underbust is sewn in sections to give it a sleek
and flattering fit and the waist sections are lined in the same
silk crepe for even more waist control. The skirt is below the
knee and combines bias cut and straight cut panels for a flattering
A line shape. This version is all versatile silk crepe.
