Our short sleeved 1940's Dress
is a new variation on the popular 1940's dress. It is exactly
the same EXCEPT for the horizontally gathered cap sleeves. This
dress features a lowcut front and back neckline with gathering
at the shoulders, upper bust, and upper back. The underbust is
sewn in sections to give it a sleek and flattering fit. The skirt
is below the knee and combines bias cut and straight cut panels
for a flattering A line shape. This version is in an 18% silk
82% rayon blend velvet.
