Domestic Shipping:
If you require NEXT
DAY or 2nd DAY shipping we strongly suggest you phone your order
to us at : 1-888-818-DIVA 12-6pm CST daily. Otherwise, your item will be shipped with in
2-3 business days after order is received. If your item is back
ordered we will contact you ASAP to give you a time frame for
delivery.
There are now several
options for shipping on our shopping cart, but please remember
most orders require a 2-3 business day processing time before
your shipping time begins.
All of our domestic shipments
are shipped UPS unelss otherwise requested and all are insured.
You may be required to sign for your items. Please make sure
that you provide a physical address and not a P.O. Box. P.O.
Box addresses (and APO) cannot be shipped UPS and may delay your
package up to 7 business days.
If an item does not arrive
-or arrives in damaged condition-we will provide any needed tracking
information that YOU may need to file a claim. Once it leaves
our hands we are not responsible and we will work with YOU to
file the claim needed.
International Shipping:
All international orders
are shipped via USPS (usually processed w/in 3-4 business days)
and usually take at least 10 days for delivery. Occasionally
there will be additional shipping charges needed before items
can be shipped. This usually only applies to heavier items or
multiple items purchased. If you are usuing our shopping cart
we will contact you if additional shipping is needed. |
