accept returns/exchanges for all items unless otherwise stated.
If you're not 100% satisfied with your
purchase simply return it to us with in 10 days of receipt for
an exchange, web/shop credit, or a refund. All refunds
incur a 20% restocking fee. For exchanges or web/shop credit
the restocking fee is waived and any shipping from us to you
is at no additional charge to you. No returns will be accepted
after 10 days without prior authorization. You'll need a RETURN AUTHORIZATION #
to send back any item(s). You may obtain a RA# by phone 1-888-818-DIVA12-6pm
CST daily, or by email. Your
item must be in unworn condition with all tags attached. You
must ship to us properly packaged and insured with the RETURN
AUTHORIZATION # clearly marked on the outside of your package
or package may be refused. Shipping charges are non-refundable. By making a purchase
from us you agree to these terms.
Our return policy does not apply to items
marked "final sale" on our Sale Page Items. These clearance
items (items reduced 50% or more from original price) are final
sale.

sent to our secondary locations will incur a $10 transport fee.
Credits are usually made
within 2-5 business days.
All items paid using
the SHOPPING CART online are refunded thru PayPal . When you
use our secure shopping cart we do not have access to
your credit card information and we cannot issue a refund
