Trashy Diva's new Frenchie Dress is sure to be a favorite if you are a fan of classic late 1930s and early 1940s fashions. The bodice and sleeves were modeled after a 1937 vintage pattern. The black vintage inspired Frenchie Dress features a contrast red vertical panel at the front, creating a fabulous slimming effect on its already flattering cut. This style's bodice has darts at top of the shoulders and is lightly gathered at the underbust line, meeting a fitted top-stitched waist decorated with vintage inspired frog closures. The cap style sleeves have a gathered top and gathered edge with tiny piping. The skirt combines straight cut and bias cut panels for a full a line to the knee.
