INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: 

Currently, our online credit card processing system cannot correctly process payment for some locations in Australia, New Zealand, and Finland. We suggest using your credit card through Paypal if you have any trouble with your international order.

SHIPPING:

Free U.S. Shipping Promotion:
We now offer free U.S. shipping on any RETAIL purchase over $200 for orders made through our online shopping cart. This is valid in the US only. Should your order be returned for refund, the actual shipping charge will be deducted from your refund amount. We hope to offer specials for our international customers in the near future!

Domestic & International Shipping:
If you require NEXT DAY or 2nd DAY shipping and cannot wait for the standard processing time- we strongly suggest you phone your order to us at : 1-888-818-DIVA 12-6pm CST daily. Your item will be shipped with a processing time of up to 3 business days after order is received unless you phone your order and arrange overnight service with same day processing ($50+) If your item is back ordered we will contact you ASAP to give you a time frame for delivery. We generally do not backorder items unless we have the item enroute to us or it is otherwise stated in the item description.

All of our domestic shipments are shipped UPS unless otherwise requested and all are insured. You may be required to sign for your items. Please make sure that you provide a physical address and not a P.O. Box. P.O. Box addresses (and APO) cannot be shipped UPS and may delay your package up to 7 business days. All international shipments are via USPS unless otherwise requested.

RETURNS:

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase simply return to us with in 10 days of receipt for an exchange, web/shop credit, or a refund. This applies to website sales only; in-store purchases are all sales final and are not eligible for returns. You must contact us for an RA# by phone 1-888-818-DIVA 10-6pm CST daily or by email thetrashydiva@aol.com. Your item must be returned to our location at 2048 Magazine Street, New Orleans, LA 70130. If returned to any other location you’ll incur a $10 transport fee per item. Your items must be unworn with all tags attached. Refunds no longer incur a restocking fee, however, our shipping charges (if not previously charged) will be deducted from your return and are non-refundable. Exchanges will continue to have totally free US shipping-you will only have to pay to ship item(s) back to us. Returned items received after 14 days will be accessed at a 20% restocking fee. Items will not be accepted for return at all after 30 days of purchase. Specially made items such as custom corsets are not returnable. Online purchased lingerie bottoms -including but not limited to panties, thongs, and boyshorts -can only be returned if tried over undergarments and all tags/packaging is attached. Returns of any bottoms with be EXTREMELY CHECKED before accepted and will be returned at your expense if we feel they have been tried on.  We will be VERY CAUSIOUS when approving bottom returns for the benefit of our customers .  By making a purchase from us you agree to these terms.

DAMAGES:

Should you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us with in 10 days so that we can make arrangements for repair or replacement. Items that have been previously worn are not eligible for replacement or repair.

SPECIAL ORDERS & BACKORDERS:

Some items from the site may be special ordered in additional sizes or are made to order items. In store and online special order items and corsets may require additional time to be made.
