Orders are processed and shipped through our office in New Orleans, Louisiana, Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays, and Mardi Gras Day. Orders must be placed before 10am CST to be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day. While most orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day, occasionally an item will need to be sent from a retail location, which requires an additional 1-2 business days. All packages are shipped with tracking information.
Domestic economy shipping is free for retail orders of $200 or more. Transit time is typically 1-10 business days. Trashy Diva reserves the right to ship economy packages via its carrier of choice. Enter the code VINTAGE in the coupon field during checkout. Only one coupon code may be used per purchase.
When calculating your delivery date, exclude the day the order was placed (if after 10am CST), weekends, and holidays; account for business days only, please. The same applies to ground and express deliveries. If you have specific delivery needs such as overnight with Saturday delivery, there is an additional charge for that service and special arrangements will need to be made. Contiguous 48 US states ship via UPS
Delivered Monday-Friday, and Saturday for an extra fee. We have four flat rate shipping options:
$13 Ground: Transit time is typically 1-5 business days.
$19 3-Day Select: Transit time is guaranteed in 1-3 business days.
$26 2-Day Air: Transit time is guaranteed in 1-2 business days.
$55 Next Day Air: Transit time is guaranteed by the next business day.
Alaska, Hawaii, and PO Boxes ship via USPS
Delivered Monday-Saturday. We have two flat rate shipping options:
$13 Priority: Transit time is typically 3-5 business days.
$21 Express: Transit time is typically 2-3 business days.
APO and FPO Boxes ship via USPS
$13 Priority: Transit time is typically 7-10 business days.
Please be aware that all international parcels may be subject to import taxes, duties, brokerage or customs fees upon delivery, and are the responsibility of the customer. Please understand that we unfortunately cannot control or prevent any delays within customs. If you refuse duties or fees on your package and choose to have it sent back to Trashy Diva, any handling fees charged to our account to get the package back to us will be deducted from your refund.

$39 USPS Priority International: Transit time is typically 7-12 business days.
$85 UPS Worldwide Express: Transit time is guaranteed by the next business day to most locations (please visit the UPS website for details). Worldwide Express includes charges for customs clearance, but additional taxes/duties are charged separately to the customer.
All other countries
All other countries ship via UPS International at a flat rate of $39. Transit time is typically 3-7 business days.
Standard international shipping is free for qualifying orders over $400. Enter the code VINTAGEWORLD in the coupon box at checkout to redeem. We reserve the right to ship via the carrier of our choice.
If your package is being shipped internationally with UPS, we recommend contacting your local UPS Store as soon as you have your tracking number in order to pay any duties and taxes ahead of time. This will help make the delivery process easier and also help you avoid any additional COD fees. You can find your local UPS office's contact information at UPS.com.
IN STORE PICK UP:
You may pick up your online purchase from any of our 5 New Orleans locations. Please notate on your order which location you prefer in the shipping address field or in the notes. You will be contacted by our office when your order is ready for pick up. Please bring photo ID and emailed receipt when stopping by to collect your purchase. All pick up orders are charged Louisiana sales tax of 9% and must be collected within 30 days.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply call or email for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Once you receive an RA#, please write it on your Return Form and on the outside of the package. Please postmark and ship your return within 10 business days from the date your order was delivered.
The following items are not eligible for return:
*Final Sale merchandise
*Items purchased from any Trashy Diva brick and mortar location
*Special orders or custom made items
*Cosmetics that have been tested or with packaging not in original condition
*Hosiery removed from original packaging
Returns made within the 10 business day window are eligible for refund, immediate exchange, or store credit. Items returned outside the 10 business day window are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns received more than 60 days outside of the return window can only be returned for store credit, less a 20% restocking fee. Returns will not be accepted for any reason after 180 days.
Trashy Diva does not offer return shipping services at this time. Please ship your return with the carrier of your choice and ensure that it is insured and trackable. Trashy Diva is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during shipment.
If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the exchanged item to you at no extra charge. If a balance is owed, you will be contacted for payment details upon receipt of your return. If we owe you a balance post exchange, it will be credited the same way it was initially paid.
Please note that if the application of a coupon renders any item 50% or more off the regular price, that item then becomes Final Sale and cannot be returned for a refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we ship an item in error.
If an entire order is returned for a refund that initially received free shipping via the VINTAGE or VINTAGEWORLD coupons,$13 will be deducted from the refund total to cover the original shipping cost. If an entire order is returned for a refund that initially received free shipping via the SHIPITGOOD or SHIPITGOODINT coupons, $7 will be deducted from the refund total to cover the original shipping cost.
All items must be returned in the same condition as received; unworn, unaltered, unlaundered, and with tags still attached. All lingerie items must be tried on over other undergarments. Lingerie will be carefully scrutinized upon receipt of return and if deemed inappropriately tried on, will not be eligible for refund.
Should you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us within 10 days so that we can make arrangements for repair or replacement. Items that have been previously worn are not eligible for replacement or repair.
