Trashy Diva currently offers two payment options through the website. You may pay directly on the site, using our payment gateway or pay via Paypal.
Trashy Diva strongly urges all international customers to pay via Paypal. Most international card- issuing banks do not support our Address Verification System. Therefore, the card could be declined as a result of an address mismatch. In some cases, the card issuing bank will hold the funds which can be inconvenient for the customer. Therefore, please follow our recommendation and use the Paypal option.
Gift Certificates and Coupon Codes
You can purchase gift certificates in select amounts online, or in any dollar amount by phone at 1-888-818-DIVA 10-6pm CST daily. They never expire and can be used online or in person at any brick and mortar location. When using your gift certificate online, be sure to enter it in the appropriate field, marked ‘gift certificate’. It won’t be accepted if you enter it in the coupon code field. The same applies for all coupon codes. Be sure to enter it at the bottom of your shopping cart page (first page of the checkout process). Only one coupon code may be used per transaction.
Price Adjustments for Sale Items
If an item is marked down on Sale (or moved to Final Sale from regular Sale) after you have purchased it, we will be happy to provide you with a store credit for the price difference, provided that your original purchase occurred no more than 10 days before the price adjustment was made. Please note that this policy does not cover items whose prices drop due to flash sales or coupon promotions. Please contact us at email@example.com to request the credit.
*I don’t see my size listed for an item on your website. Will it become available again?
Possibly…we do keep some classic styles of Trashy Diva in production year round, such as the Audrey, Honey, and Courtney Coat Dress, all in black. Items from other designers are often seasonal. We typically mark it as ‘backordered’ if it’s able to be restocked.
*What does preorder mean?
Essentially we’re making a style purchasable before it’s available to ship. When purchasing an item marked as ‘preorder’, an approximate date of delivery will be provided.
*If my item is backordered, when can I expect it?
It varies. In most cases, no more than 20 days.
*Can I get a dress style made in a different fabric than what you currently offer?
Unfortunately, we don’t do any custom work at this time.
*What size should I purchase?
Each garment has a size chart located beneath the item description. The measurements are given in inches of the actual garment.
*What is my US size?

*Can I wash my new dress?
No. All Trashy Diva garments are Dry Clean Only.
*How long will it take to process my return?
Immediate Exchange:Your exchanged item(s) will ship 1-3 business days after the return is received.
Store credit: A Gift Certificate code will be emailed 1-2 business days after the return is received.
Refund: A refund will be issued to the original form of payment 1-3 business days after the return is received. Please allow an additional 10 business days for your bank to credit your account.
*Do you offer discount for large group purchases?
We offer 20% off for the purchase of 5 or more of the same style of dress. This includes bridal, sorority, dance, and theater groups. Please

*Do you work with theater/film/tv productions for costuming needs?
We do! We love working with artists to create perfect looks for their projects, from Trashy Diva clothing down to shoes, accessories and lingerie. If your project is filming locally in New Orleans, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to set up a time to come in and meet with us and discuss your needs and establish an account. Policies and restrictions will be discussed at that time. If you aren''t local, please email email@example.com to discuss your needs. Our return policy for large costuming orders placed through the website is that for all orders over $1,000, only 50% of the order may be returned for a refund. If you find that you need to return more than half on any one order, we are happy to convert the remaining return credit to a store credit for future use.
*Can I request specific print placement for items on my order?
As our prints are all unique and sewn in small collections, print placement varies from item to item and specific print placement cannot be guaranteed.
