This exquisite festoon
necklace is one of the largest and most equisite necklaces from
Michal Negrin. We special ordered this stunning piece in all
RUBY RED with crystals, enameld flowers, beads, large (1.25")
3D enameled roses, and gold lace. This piece is worn like as
choker and the layers drape dramatically down the upper chest.
The choker area is 1.5" wide and from there there is an
additional 7.25" drop. WOW! This piece is not for a shrinking
violet-you'll get noticed! It adjusts from 13-18" (but you
really don't want this to be too tight on the neck). Also, this
can be pinned on in the hair and worn as a STUNNING headpiece!
