The dresses and tops from Velvet are both adorable and flattering. The modal blend jersey feels like a Tshirt, but fits like a cocktail blouse. This top has very light gathering under the bust and at the twisted shoulder straps. There is a cumberbun like section above the waist to create a flattering empire line. Below this band there is also gathering. This is a VERY VERY flattering cut (especially if you've got something to hide in the belly!) This is simple and chic-nice with trousers or a summer skirt. The sizes run pretty true to size. $97
