The dresses and tops from Velvet are both adorable and flattering. The cotton blend jersey feels like a Tshirt, but fits like a cocktail blouse. This top is a classic with a wrap look 3/4 sleeve bodice and loads of gathering from the underbust to hem. This is a VERY VERY flattering cut and hides a multitude of sins. This is simple and chic!
